Happy 34th trip around the sun, sweet, soul. You have grown so much this past year and I am so proud of you. You have shed a lot of layers and finally are emerging as the truest version of yourself. You are beautiful inside & out. A bright ray of light & positive energy. Your bravery & courage is inspiring. You deserve & have the right to speak your truth. Keep going, stay committed, all will be fine. You are an amazing woman with tremendous value. Show up and do your best, release fear, doubt, judgement & criticism. You will be richly rewarded and will manifest all that you desire. Dream big, reach for the starts, and never give up. Love yourself more, trust yourself & listen to your heart. With love, blessings, & abundance.

Decided I would write in this book after finally wondering into this fabulous room and discovering these journals. I thought to myself “what a cool thought to have history in journals… in a spa!” I just couldn’t resist. I hope all of you are enjoying your stay as much as I am! I’m currently here. Celebrating an early birthday and just loving every bit of it. Time truly flies fast here. In a good way… I feel the body truly needs time to rest and heal from all the bullshit we put it through. Plus the no cell phone thing is amazing! Well… this is me – signing out for now and hoping for another change at the spa. Best wishes to all.

I have been coming here and to Tacoma for the past twenty years. Now I am the middle-aged woman that I used to see through my early twenty something eyes. For me this place is a celebration of friendship. How full my life has been because of the ladies I have come here with over the years. I hope the next twenty years contains many more evenings spent here with friends old & new.
