Things to Know
For group (more than 3) and skincare appointments, a credit card is required upon reserving. Sudden absence without a cancellation notice is hurting our service quality and operation. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge equal to $30 per service booked.
- Services do not include the Day Pass, and the minimum age requirement is 13 years old.
- Please make reservations for all services
- Women on their menstrual cycle will not be allowed to enter the pools and the heat rooms
- Swimwear/footwear are not allowed in the pool area
- Kindles, iPads or any electronic devices are not permitted in the spa besides designated areas
- Gratuity is excluded in the service price
- To request a Preferred Service Provider is an additional $10
- No glass bottles
