Things to Know
For group (more than 3) and skincare appointments, a credit card is required upon reserving. Sudden absence without a cancellation notice is hurting our service quality and operation. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge equal to $30 per service booked. Appointments not kept will be charged 100% of the services booked.
- Services do not include the Day Pass, and the minimum age requirement is 13 years old.
- Please make reservations for all services
- Women on their menstrual cycle will not be allowed to enter the pools and the heat rooms
- Swimwear/footwear are not allowed in the pool area
- Kindles, iPads or any electronic devices are not permitted in the spa besides designated areas
- Gratuity is excluded in the service price
- To request a Preferred Service Provider is an additional $10
- No glass bottles
FAQs
Yes and no. It is required for you to be nude in the pool area only. Everywhere else you will be wearing a cap and gown that the spa will provide.
It’s best to treat yourself to a scrub every month!
Allotting an hour before the scrub allows ample time for the check-in process, changing into appropriate attire, and soaking in a hot pool for a minimum of 30 minutes.
The Premium Scrub is a 55-minute service where the technician passes over the body 3 times, while the Body Scrub is a 40-minute service involving a double-pass over the body.
Prior to your appointment, relax and soak in one of our hot pools for a minimum of 30 minutes; the technician will locate you inside the pool at the designated time.
Guests are welcome to bring their own bar soap for use during the service; however, only a Korean-style scrub mitt and bar soap are utilized during the treatment.
It is advised to shave or wax 24-48 hours before your scheduled Body Scrub service for best results.
