Cancellation Policy:

24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged $30.00 per service booked.

No-Shows: “No-shows” (failing to show up without any notice) will be charged $30.00 per service booked.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate following appointments.
Late Arrival:
- Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.
- Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
- The full value of your treatment will be charged.
Product Return Policy:
- Unopened Products: We accept returns for unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Opened Products: For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and body products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a proven allergic reaction (documentation may be required).
