A reservation is required for all services.

• If you would like to book, please fill out the form below, or book directly by calling (425) 697-3000.
• Please note that you will not have an appointment booked without speaking to our staff directly and providing a credit card for holding purposes.
• There will be a 50% cancellation fee for cancelling less than 24 hours in advance.
