I became a massage therapist because I love taking care of people and making sure they feel better. Personal Paragraph: Why I love what I do as a massage therapist - for me it’s about more than just relieving physical pain. It’s about connecting with people on a deeper level and helping them find a sense of peace and well being. Every time I see a client walk out of a session with a smile feeling lighter and more relaxed, it reaffirms why I chose this path. I am passionate about using my skills to bring comfort and healing to others and I truly believe that touch is one of the most powerful ways to make a positive impact in someone’s life. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of a profession that allowed me to do what I love every day and I look forward to continuing to grow and learn in this field.

Can also do Intra-oral massage, Zen Shiatsu, Trigger point, prenatal and cupping What made you want to be a massage therapist?: I have always had a passion to help and take care of people. My favorite part of massage is seeing the improvements I make in the client throughout our times together. Personal Paragraph: My ability to understand a client's preference and needs allows me to use the best massage technique for each massage session. Being able to help my clients find relief from pain, stress and migraines has been an incredible blessing.

When we left I found out I was the one who signed up for the class and she didn't! I like to combine several kinds of massage practices on the quest to get more benefits and to reach the closest to homeostasis healing. Personal Paragraph: Massage serves as a mirror, reflecting emotions and what the body is holding. Bringing you closer to your essence. It helps to quiet your mind and allows you to reconnect with your true self.

My favorite thing to do is go outdoors and enjoy nature. I also enjoy yoga and meditation.

When did you start with us?: 2007 Graduated From: Ashmead College Specialties: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping What made you want to be a massage therapist?: I wanted to be able to help people through their pain and teach them how to manage it. Personal Paragraph: I was 19 when I stared massage school at Ashmead College. I primarily worked at sap's focusing on Deep Tissue and treatment massage. Since I have been with Olympus Spa. I have been able to expand and develop a technique that is unique to me.

Name and experience in the spa: Started in 2019 Graduated from: Shoreline Community College HOA Beauty School Specialties: Provides and teaches microblading and permanent makeup. Treats hormonal acne skin and anti-aging facials. I also provide wax services and lash extensions. What made you want to be an esthetician? Facials are very therapeutic for body and soul. I want to help women to heal, to take better care of their skin/ looks and to help them feel confident about their skin - the most important organ of the body. Personal Paragraph: Working in beauty industry for almost 20 years, I am very happy to continue pouring out my passion for enhancing women beauty and help themselves and myself looking our best inside and out.

Name and experience in the spa: I have been at Olympus Spa since June 2022! Graduated from: Seattle Vocational Institute in 1999. I have been an esthetician for 24 years, almost 25 years. Specialties: Holistic pampering facials, PCA chemical peels (treating rosacea and cystic acne, age defying, and hyperpigmentation), and makeup artistry What made you want to be an esthetician? In my 20s I developed seriously sensitive skin and this inspired me to leave the medical field to pursue becoming an esthetician. Also, I wanted to bring education about skin health along with a nurturing, positive, and loving touch to my clients of all ages. Personal Paragraph: I feel so honored to be working in a industry that truly enriches the lives of others! I feel so blessed to be working as an esthetician at Olympus Spa alongside so many talented and caring professional individuals that promote healing, health and wellness in many beautiful and unique capacities. Skin is our largest organ and I want to provide skin health services and education for my clients of all ages to achieve their goals for their skin’s optimal wellness and radiant glow!

By the time I was 19/20, I was a makeup artist at a local spa while going to UWB and absolutely fell in love with skincare and self-care. I have moved away from makeup to focus more on making people feel comfortable in their own skin. Personal Paragraph: Born and raised in Mountlake Terrace WA. Went to the University of Washington, Bothell to get my AA. I proceeded to go to Evergreen Beauty College and was the top of my class. With that being said, I believe every facial should be catered to every person and their specific needs. So excited to see all your beautiful faces!

When did you start with us?: 2008 Graduated From: Greenwood Academy of Hair and Skin Specialties: Age-Defense, Lymphatic Facials, Hormonal Acne What made you want to be an esthetician?: Beauty always came to me naturally. I grew up helping at my grandmothers hair salon, I always did everyone's hair and makeup even though I was young. I received my first facial in 1999, and it was so relaxing and left my skin feeling great. After this, I knew I would love working in a spa after years of working in a busy retail and office environment. Personal Paragraph: With 15 years of professional experience in the skincare industry, I have learned the art of combining luxury and comfort with precise improvements and true results. I started out at an award winning salon in Eastlake, and went on to manage several skincare businesses, taking on clients while they were on personal leave.
