Our Service Information
For massage services, or a group skincare/nailcare appointment (more than 3), a credit card is required upon reserving. Sudden absence without a cancellation notice is hurting our service quality and operation. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of services booked.
Things to Know:
+ Services do not include the Day Pass, and the minimum age requirement is 13 years old.
+ Please make reservations for all services
+ Women on their menstrual cycle will not be allowed to enter the pools and the heat rooms
+ Swimwear/footwear are not allowed in the pool area
+ Kindles, iPads or any electronic devices are not permitted in the spa besides designated areas
+ Gratuity is excluded in the service price
+ No glass bottles
+ To request a Preferred Service Provider is an additional $10
Admission
Day Pass / Access to the facility – $53
This includes use of all the spa facilities such as hydrotherapy pools, far infrared energy rooms, steam room and more.

- 50% off the day pass on the day of birthday (ID required for verification, the birthday must match, no rain checks, no exceptions)
- The minimum age requirement is 13 years old
Due to the safety of our employees and the spa’s cleaning schedule, we kindly ask our customers to leave the spa by closing time. A late check-out fee may apply 10 minutes after 9:30 PM, Monday – Thursday, after 11:00 PM, Friday and Saturday. Reentry fee of $24 is required (after 15 min. time limit)

Tea Room
Tea Room / Unlimited access to our tea collection – $10
Korea’s green tea tradition dates back to 1400 years ago to the Silla dynasty. At that time it was practiced by members of the royal family, Buddhist monks, and scholars. The people of Korea have long taken pleasure in refined manners and ceremony. Our tea cafe is decorated with beautiful traditional furniture and teas.
Come and relax in our cozy tea room that offers a variety of organic teas and snack.
Tea Room is closed Friday and Saturday.
