Things to Know
For massage, wrap, and skincare appointments, a credit card is required upon reserving. Appointments missed or canceled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of services booked.
- Service prices do not include the Day Pass, and the minimum age requirement is 13 years old.
- Please make reservations for all services
- Women on their menstrual cycle will not be allowed to enter the pools or the heat rooms
- Swimwear/footwear are not allowed in the pool area
- Kindles, iPads, or other electronic devices are not permitted in the spa outside of designated areas
- Gratuity is excluded in the service price. Please note that tips are cash only
- Requesting a Preferred Service Provider is an additional $10
- No glass bottles
