All three colors – green, yellow, and pink – exfoliate exactly the same. Choose whichever one you reach for.
How to use
Soak
Warm shower or bath, 20-30 minutes, before you start. Softened skin is what lets the towel work gently instead of hard.
Scrub
A dab of bar soap on the towel, swept in slow circles below the neck. Once a week is plenty – more than that, and skin gets irritated instead of soft.
Moisturize
With the old skin gone, what’s underneath needs hydrating. Don’t skip this part.
