Day Pass – This includes use of all the spa facilities such as hydrotherapy pools, far infrared energy rooms, steam room and more.

Body Scrub (40 min.) – Exfoliate dead skin cells for soft and smooth skin.

Body Moisturizing with Tropical Moisturizer (50 min.) – This service complements the “Body Scrub,” but can also be received separately. Replenish your skin with honey, olive oil, and milk, with a tropical facial mask for a refreshed skin tone.

No, feel free to enjoy your spa experience for as long as you’d like.

We generally suggest spending 15-20 minutes per session in the FIR rooms, but the duration can be adjusted based on personal comfort. The Mud & Jade room does have a recommended time limit of 5 minutes due to high heat. Always listen to your body!

The order of amenities is based on your personal preference, we do however, recommend saving Body Moisturizing Treatments for one of your last services, as you cannot use the hydrotherapy pools or FIR rooms afterwards.

Yes, you may request a preferred provider, with a $10 fee for certain premium providers.

No, our spa is a barefoot and nude facility.

Guests receive 50% off day passes on their birthday. If we’re closed, the offer is valid the day before or after.

Yes and no. It is required for you to be nude in the pool area only. Everywhere else you will be wearing a cap and gown that the spa will provide. You will be naked for the scrub service.

It’s best to treat yourself to a scrub every month!

Allotting an hour before the scrub allows ample time for the check-in process, changing into appropriate attire, and soaking in a hot pool for a minimum of 30 minutes.

The Premium Scrub is a 55-minute service where the technician passes over the body 3 times, while the Body Scrub is a 40-minute service involving a single pass over the body.

Prior to your appointment, relax and soak in one of our hot pools for a minimum of 30 minutes; the technician will locate you inside the pool at the designated time.

Guests are welcome to bring their own bar soap for use during the service; however, only a Korean-style scrub mitt and bar soap are utilized during the treatment.

Yes, we require a digital intake form that will be sent via email upon booking. Alternatively, you can also fill out the form during check-in at the spa.

The Olympus Spa Massage provides a unique experience that includes aromatherapy, heat packs, and targeted pressure point therapy. Please note that our Olympus Spa Massage is exclusively focused on relaxation and does not offer Deep Tissue techniques.

We are unable to schedule massages for individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy. For expectant mothers beyond the first trimester, we recommend our specialized Prenatal Massage.

Our Licensed Massage Practitioners (LMPs) primarily utilize Pura Wellness massage gel, oil, or cream. We are happy to accommodate any allergies or sensitivities you may have.

Absolutely, you are welcome to enjoy the spa facilities following a body massage or body wrap treatment. If you would like to use the hydrotherapy pools after your treatment, please make sure to remove all oil in the showers prior to getting in the pools.

We recommend avoiding additional services immediately after a cupping massage, as well as refraining from using the spa facilities directly after your treatment for optimal relaxation and results.

We exclusively use Eminence Organic Skin Care products for our spa treatments.

Our Olympus Spa Facial offers a rejuvenating experience that includes Micro-Current treatment, high frequency therapy, and soothing hand and foot massages for a complete pampering session.

Yes, you are welcome to return to the spa after a facial. We recommend spending some time in a cooler room for 10-20 minutes to allow the products to fully absorb into your skin.

For optimal results, we advise visiting the spa before receiving a peel treatment, rather than afterwards, to ensure the best possible outcome for your skin.

We can remove Gel or Shellac nail products only.

Yes, you are welcome to have one guest join you in the nail room while you receive your service.

We exclusively use OPI nail polish and CND Shellac polish.

Generally, we recommend scheduling nail services as the final treatment to prevent chipping or smudging of the polish.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer these services.

Our Classic service includes cuticle care, polish, callous removal, sugar scrub, and a hot stone massage, while our Spa service incorporates all of the above along with a luxurious paraffin wax treatment.

Lash extensions are individual synthetic or mink fibers attached to each natural eyelash using adhesive to enhance the length, thickness, and fullness of your natural lashes.

Lash extensions typically last around 4-6 weeks, as they naturally shed with your natural lash growth cycle.

When applied by a trained and experienced professional, lash extensions are safe for your natural lashes. It is important to follow aftercare instructions and avoid rubbing your eyes or using oil-based products near the lash line.

While mascara isn’t necessary with lash extensions, if you choose to wear it, make sure to use a water-based, extension-safe mascara. Avoid oil-based or waterproof mascaras, as they can break down the adhesive and cause premature shedding of the extensions.

To maintain a full and lush look, it is recommended to schedule lash extension fills every 2-3 weeks. During a fill appointment, any outgrown or fallen extensions are replaced to keep your lashes looking fresh and voluminous.

Avoid wearing mascara to your lash/fill appointment.
