Things to Know
For massage, wrap, skincare and nail care appointments, a credit card is required upon reserving. Appointments missed or canceled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of services booked.
- Services do not include the Day Pass, and the minimum age requirement is 13 years old.
- Please make reservations for all services
- Women on their menstrual cycle will not be allowed to enter the pools or the heat rooms
- Swimwear/footwear are not allowed in the pool area
- Kindles, iPads, or other electronic devices are not permitted in the spa outside of designated areas
- Gratuity is excluded in the service price. Please note that tips are cash only
- Requesting a Preferred Service Provider is an additional $10
- No glass bottles

During the service, you will be covered in either mud, seaweed, or chocolate wrap mixture. Next, you will be wrapped up with multiple heated blankets on a warm table. During the service, your limbs will be restricted and you will be laying on the table the entire duration of the service. The service provider will continuously check your comfort level, body temperature, and hydration levels throughout the service.

Product is applied from your mid bicep down, avoiding private areas like the chest and groin. Product will not be applied to your face, neck, shoulders, or feet due to safety concerns.
