The people of Korea have long taken pleasure in refined manners and ceremony. Our tea room is decorated with beautiful traditional furniture and teas.

Things to Know
For massage, wrap, skincare and nail care appointments, a credit card is required upon reserving. Appointments missed or canceled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of services booked.
- Services do not include the Day Pass, and the minimum age requirement is 13 years old.
- Please make reservations for all services
- Women on their menstrual cycle will not be allowed to enter the pools or the heat rooms
- Swimwear/footwear are not allowed in the pool area
- Kindles, iPads, or other electronic devices are not permitted in the spa outside of designated areas
- Gratuity is excluded in the service price. Please note that tips are cash only
- Requesting a Preferred Service Provider is an additional $10
- No glass bottles
FAQs
Yes and no. It is required for you to be nude in the pool area only. Everywhere else you will be wearing a cap and gown that the spa will provide.
No, the Day Pass requires a separate fee.
Our Day Pass access is available on a walk-in basis only.
Certainly, we honor all previous Day Pass certificates. Going forward, as of 2025, each pass is valid for three years and converts to its cash value after expiration, as indicated by a stamp on the certificate.
Yes, you may leave and return, but please note re-entry may incur a fee if exceeding a 15-minute absence.
Yes, you are welcome to utilize our Cabin Room or tea room for pumping, and we can arrange for discreet milk storage if needed.
For the safety and well-being of our guests, we welcome pregnant individuals to enjoy our spa services and facility use after the first trimester. Please consult with your health provider before visiting the facility.
Yes, lockers are available for all guests with a Day Pass.
No, feel free to enjoy your spa experience for as long as you’d like.
We generally suggest spending 15-20 minutes per session in the FIR rooms, but the duration can be adjusted based on personal comfort. The Mud & Jade room does have a recommended time limit of 5 minutes due to high heat. In any of the rooms, always listen to your body!
The order of amenities is based on your personal preference, we do however, recommend saving Body Moisturizing Treatments for one of your last services, as you cannot use the hydrotherapy pools or FIR rooms afterwards.
Yes, you may request a preferred provider, with a $10 fee for certain premium providers.
