Been coming here since my early twenties. Went today and it was my first time getting a pedicure here. the best pedicure of my life. It was their most basic one but was it lavish. Thank you, Summer!

Very relaxing to go to this spa. My friends have been going for years and I never had the courage because I am body shy around strangers. However, we are all women there and no one cares. The hot pools are so relaxing and it is invigorating to go into the cold pool after being in the 104 degree pool for a while or after the sauna.

I love this place. It is a great escape from the hustle of everyday life for all women. The day pass is a steal at $53 and you can use the energy rooms and pools all day. I usually do this once every few months and spend about 6 hours there. Come with a water bottle! I’ve received nail service, massages and the body scrub and would recommend them all, especially the body scrub.

Incredible experience. Regina gave me the best massage I have ever had. The mud wrap was awesome too. Was a good start of my day there for my first time as she made me feel totally welcome and relaxed. Everyone on staff was kind, accommodating and respectful. I was left alone unless I needed something and asked which was great for me. I was pretty nervous at first about being naked around a bunch of strangers but the environment was very relaxed and safe. It actually felt very empowering after I got over my nerves and just let go. The facility was very clean. The cleaning staff was working around the clock. The pricing IMO is pretty dang reasonable considering I spent an entire day there using the pool/rooms as I pleased, plus mud wrap, massage, and nail service. Highly recommend Regina for mud wrap and massage, Sarah for mani-pedi, the salt room in particular was lovely, and the steam room was wonderful! Thank you for giving me the best self-care experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be coming back.

This spa is fabulous!! The masseuse Cathy was a God send hands of comfort and gold..and Jenny the nail care technician had a calming and sweet demeanor and great recommendations on color choices.

So much to do at this cozy place! Have gone once a year for the last 5 years and enjoyed every minute. The different temperature soaking pools and saunas are luxurious. And the different temperature rooms are quiet and relaxing. Awesome place to rest and get some me time. Each service I’ve gotten has been fantastic – Regina on massage is a personal fav. Facials and nails are also top notch.
