The spa is my sanctuary away from the rest of the world. Knowing and loving oneself is the ultimate form of self-care. Finally doing what I need to feel relaxed.

Today I brought my daughter for her 13th birthday. What a beautiful gift to be able to celebrate her birthday here in the community of Olympus Spa. I am grateful for this space to celebrate my daughter and to take time for wellness and care.

It is so sweet to find healing in the water and warmth. There is no question here of where to be, or what to wear. A magical gift to be able to show up and partake in self-care.

Today is the day after my birthday. I come here every year. I love this place so much! I usually come with my sisters, but came with my co-worker today. I got my first pedicure ever and it was such a great experience, highly recommend one. Later this evening we are getting scrubs.
