This place is so special to me, and something I look forward to over the past few months. I have so much gratitude for the space in my life to be able to come here and unplug. It is such a practice to slow down, and give yourself permission to just be. Thank you- to all you beautiful people, that create such a special escape.

We are happy visitors every time we stop by for our monthly self-love day. My friend and I feel very comfortable here. The facility is clean, and we feel rejuvenated upon leaving. Stir fry vegetable entree, and teas are a great addition for lunch or dinner. Relaxing atmosphere.
