One of the greatest things I could think of to do for myself (honestly, it is always one of the greatest) is to get a scrub. It is literally, the most effective thing for my body, and brings me joy. So thankful to the ladies who do the scrubbing work. You are integral to one of my favorite things in the world.

Today is my 28th birthday. Thank you to Olympus Spa for being the perfect place to recharge, and reset.

I have been coming to Olympus Spa since I was 15 years old, and now I am 30. I’ve come with family, friends, and by myself. This spa has been there for me after break-ups, through identity crisis, to release stress, to prepare for my wedding, to celebrate birthdays, and today to cope with grief. This place is always there for me. I go through the rituals. shower, cold plunge, sauna, and repeat. I get a treatment followed by the rooms until I feel so at peace I’m ready to go back out in the world. Thank you, Olympus.
