Mugwort Bath

$16.56

A bath, steeped in tradition.

Description

Mugwort has been growing in Korean hillsides, steeping in Korean kitchens, and healing Korean women for as long as anyone can remember.

Steep it. Pour it. Let the water do the rest.

Traditionally used to ease tired limbs, boost circulation, and take the edge off a long week — a small ritual you can bring home and return to whenever the day calls for it.

How to use

Steep

Remove about half the mugwort from the pouch. Tie the rest back in and let it steep in a large bowl of hot water for 3–4 hours.

Pour

Add the mugwort water to your running bath, or pour it directly over your skin.

Save

When you’re done, empty the used mugwort, let the pouch dry, and store what’s left for next time.
