My last year in my forties! This is my year of healing. I look forward to being here on my 50th birthday and reflecting on my good health! Thank you to all my supporters who are helping me make it different. I am healthy and live in abundance.

One of my favorite things about Olympus Spa is this room (Cabin Room) and these journals! It’s very scary to open up because you may be judged or rejected but that is the beauty in these pages, there is safety in anonymity. I wish I had time to read all the entries – thank you to those who have come before this date and shared and to those who choose to share in the future!
